Starting with the state of Georgia, all CAA’s and others related will be given an opportunity to join the program. A committee of experts will be gathered to establish a comprehensive criteria program checklists of items that must be included in the model comprehensive annual financial report. 

Member agencies that would like to submit their annual comprehensive annual report and therefore, receive the award will be given that opportunity (this in essence will be your annual audited financial statements with other information as required by the program comprehensive check list of items). A selected group of experts will rate the report based on the printed and adopted criteria. Feed back will be given to each submission even if the award of excellence is not achieved at that time.
